Refund Policy
Daily Drape mein refund sirf delivery ke waqt mumkin hai. Courier charges customer ki amount se deduct kar ke baqi raqam wapas ki jayegi.
Refund Ki Policy
Daily Drape mein refund sirf delivery ke waqt (at the time of delivery) hi mumkin hai. Agar aapko product pasand nahi aaya ya koi masla hai toh aap courier boy ke saamne parcel wapas kar sakte hain.
Delivery ke baad refund ka koi option nahi hoga. Isliye parcel khol ke zaroor check karein delivery ke waqt.
Refund Kaise Hoga
Agar aap delivery ke waqt parcel wapas karte hain toh aapki refund amount mein se courier charges kat liye jaenge.
Baqi raqam (total amount minus courier charges) aapko wapas ki jayegi.
Refund amount aapke bank account ya Easypaisa/JazzCash mein 3-5 working days mein transfer ki jayegi.
Courier Charges Deduction
Kyunke parcel bhejne aur wapas aane mein courier charges lagte hain, yeh charges customer ki amount se deduct kar ke baqi raqam wapas ki jayegi.
Yeh policy isliye hai taake dono tarafon ke liye fair ho — hum courier ka kharcha bardasht karte hain aur customer ko baaqi poori raqam mil jati hai.
Exchange Policy
Agar aap exchange karna chahte hain (size ya color change) toh aap 5 din ke andar humari store pe aa ke exchange karwa sakte hain.

Exchange ke liye product unused aur original condition mein hona chahiye saath tags ke saath.
Kab Refund Nahi Milega
• Delivery ke baad (parcel accept karne ke baad).
• Agar product use kiya gaya ho ya tags hata diye gaye hon.
• Sale ya clearance items pe refund nahi hoga.
• Agar ghalat address ki wajah se parcel wapas aaya ho.
Damaged Ya Ghalat Product
Agar delivery ke waqt product damaged aaye ya ghalat product aaye toh foran courier boy ke saamne wapas karein aur humein WhatsApp pe inform karein.
